Title : Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer

Top 3 must-haves

Modern Microsoft data stack : Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and medallion modeling, Azure SQL DB and / or PostgreSQL, and refactoring Power BI semantic models into Fabric.

Source integrations that matter : Proven ingestion and modeling for Dynamics 365 Commerce and CRM plus Adobe AEP (CDP, CJA, AJO, Target, AEM), including transforming data for activation.

Real-time data engineering : Kafka in production as a harder requirement, with SQL and Python or PySpark for streaming transformations, monitoring, and minute-level freshness where needed.

Nice to have (still valuable) : Azure Data Factory or Fabric Data Pipelines, Purview for governance, experience coordinating with offshore teams, and clear runbook / documentation habits.
