A Server in Senior Living plays a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience. We are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and promoting healthy food choices. Serving the meals in a responsible, efficient, and courtesy manner gives our residents an enhancement of wellbeing and contributes to an environment, where our residents receive a fulfilling and nourishing meal, delivered with customer service that puts our Vision into Action by “Providing Real Food and Genuine Service while building Enduring Relationships.

Benefits : for full time 30+ hours per week

Wage range : $17-$18 based on experience (this is not a tipped position)

Your contributions are :

Physical and Sensory Requirements :

Requires mobility to stand and walk extensively during meal preparation and service. Lifting, carrying trays and boxes, up to 25lbs. Push / Pull Food Hot Boxes up to 50lbs. Bend, stoop for access to carts, food, trays, and other kitchen equipment. Manual dexterity for the use of kitchen utensils and tools. Visuals for reading menus, labels, and directions. Hearing to respond to verbal communications. Taste and Smell to assess food quality, freshness, and adherence to dietary requirements. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.

Ensuring that servers meet these physical and sensory requirements is crucial to their ability to contribute effectively to the well-being of senior residents in a senior living community.
