Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires and update enablement materials
Develop and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, and ensure access to effective sales assets
Optimize CRM and sales enablement platforms, track program effectiveness, and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment
Proven ability to design and implement impactful training and enablement programs
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and SaaS metrics
Experience with enablement or sales productivity tools such as Salesforce
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
