About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 1.5 years in Pediatrics and Hematology / Oncology required

License : Iowa State License required

Certifications : PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA), APHON certificate required

Must-Have :

• Hematology / Oncology experience
• Pediatric experience
• Willingness to float to the Emergency Department to care for inpatient holds
• EPIC experience needed

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

Prepare qualified candidates to receive a call from the designated area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

You will care for pediatric patients, including those in Hematology / Oncology and other medical / surgical pediatric specialties.

You may float across different units as needed, including NICU and PICU.

Patient ratios will be 1 : 2-4.

This role is important for delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
