Seeking a Night Shift RN Supervisor with leadership experience to oversee a skilled nursing team and ensure quality resident care.

• Full-time role working 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating care, monitoring clinical issues, conducting rounds, reviewing documentation, and providing direct nursing care as needed.
• Requires valid RN license in Pennsylvania, nursing degree, and CPR certification (training provided).
• Ideal candidates have long-term care experience and prior supervisory roles, but training is available.
