Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst (Birmingham, AL)

Overview :

The NOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of our network infrastructure 24 / 7 / 365. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and network management tools.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Respond to network alerts and incidents.
• Configure and maintain network devices.
• Implement network changes and upgrades.
• Ensure network security.
• Maintain accurate network documentation.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
