A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Services Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations

Develop and implement process improvements and clinical protocols

Manage multiple teams and oversee staff training and performance assessments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience

At least 8 years managing large healthcare or human services programs with government contracting

A minimum of 8 years of clinical experience

Proven leadership in operational environments; multi-site experience preferred

Military service or occupational health background preferred
