Ohio Licensed Mental Health Therapist

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 10-15 one-on-one virtual psychotherapy sessions weekly

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans with SMART goals

Document all sessions and ensure compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements

Required Qualifications

Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field allowing independent practice

Full independent licensure (LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT)

Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy

Understanding of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy

Experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds in mental health
