Descripción del trabajoApply cash accurately and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection Reconcile, research, and resolve credit or billing discrepancies Investigate and resolve customer inquiries or irregularities Review sales forecasts and payment histories to determine appropriate credit limits Review and approve credit memos and RMA requests Analyze customer financial statements quarterly Monitor exposure and manage credit insurance as needed Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (e.g., cash forecasts, aging) Collaborate with Logistics and Sales teams to resolve shipment or billing disputes Identify and implement best practices to improve AR and credit processes Participate in internal control reviews and ensure compliance with company policies Perform other duties and projects as needed Weekly pay Paid sick leave Health, vision, dental, pet insurance, and more

About the job :
This role partners closely with Sales, Logistics, Inventory, Treasury, and Accounting teams while maintaining direct communication with customers' Accounts Payable teams. You'll resolve billing, payment, and credit-related issues, proactively identify risks, and implement process improvements within the order-to-cash cycle.
We're looking for someone who :
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Has 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Financial Analysis
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicates effectively and collaborates with both internal teams and external customers
- Is proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel
- (Preferred) Has experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries
- (Preferred) Is familiar with trade credit insurance
