Fleet Coordinator | Henderson, NV

Nexeo HR is hiring a Fleet Coordinator for a fast-paced warehouse operation in Henderson, NV. In this role, youll be at the center of logistics coordinating drivers, trucks, and schedules to ensure deliveries run efficiently and on time. This position is ideal for someone with dispatch or fleet management experience who thrives in a high-energy, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule dispatches for 1015 drivers and trucks per shift

Communicate daily assignments with drivers, warehouse, and facility teams (Inbound / Outbound)

Monitor delivery progress and resolve route or scheduling issues in real time

Track and maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records

Collaborate with safety and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

Ensure compliance with DOT Hours of Service and transportation regulations

Use Excel and dispatch software for scheduling, reporting, and tracking

Support warehouse operations with clear and organized communication

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in fleet, warehouse, or internal dispatch coordination

Ability to manage 1015 drivers and trucks per shift

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Excel and familiar with fleet / telematics systems

Knowledge of U.S. DOT Hours of Service and basic truck / trailer operations

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus

Team-oriented with a focus on communication and efficiency

Pay

$26.00 per hour

Schedule

Weekend Shift : Friday Monday, 7 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

Weekday Shift : Monday Thursday, 7 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
