Senior Deployment Success Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Deployment Success Manager to lead and manage deployments while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday HCM and / or Financials product suite

Provide guidance to client resources during customer deployments and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Collaborate with the Workday Success Plans account team to deliver overall value and confirm project timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience deploying Workday in a project management capacity in relevant verticals (FSI, Higher Ed, State & Local Governments)

5+ years of experience in project management with HCM, Student, Payroll, or Financial implementations

5+ years of experience leading deployments of Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications

Experience supporting large, enterprise organizations

Experience in one of the following verticals : Healthcare, FSI, Higher Ed, State or local government, or Professional business service
