About the Role :

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing & Events Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and webinars that drive pipeline and revenue. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves to execute, and is eager to grow into a strategic marketer.

As a key member of our demand generation team, you'll partner closely with campaign growth strategists, our event manager, and marketing operations to manage multiple programs simultaneously — ensuring campaigns run smoothly, events are executed flawlessly, and reporting is accurate.

What You'll Do

• Campaign Execution : Support the build, QA, and launch of multiple campaigns across integrated channels (digital, events, email, paid media).
• Events & Webinars : Coordinate invites, confirmations, and follow-up campaigns; track attendee engagement and support execution for both in-person and virtual events. Travel to in-person events as needed.
• Data & Reporting : Pull performance metrics (registrations, attendance, open / click rates, conversions, leads) and contribute to optimization plans.
• Operations : Maintain campaign and event calendars, track deliverables, and ensure campaign assets (creative, links, lists) are ready and organized.
• Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless lead flow and timely follow-up.

Compensation and Benefits :

The salary range for this position is $44,000 – $84,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan. All employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, and participation in the company's 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
