Senior Manager Software Quality Assurance

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Software Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Define QA strategy and vision aligned with business goals

Develop and manage QA budgets, resource planning, and forecasting

Collaborate with senior leadership to align QA goals with product and engineering roadmaps

Required Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience, typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory experience

Experience with CI / CD tools and processes, including build tools like Maven and Gradle

Strong background in performance engineering and optimization

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and Neoload
