A company is looking for a Senior Account Strategist - Americas. Key Responsibilities Own the client experience from onboarding to project delivery, ensuring alignment with business outcomes Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, leading structured business reviews and managing expectations Identify and close expansion opportunities while ensuring delivery teams have the necessary context and clarity Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a web development agency specializing in WordPress or open source CMS platforms Proven ability to build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders Experience in managing and closing sales opportunities Strong understanding of client business needs and ability to translate strategy into commercial outcomes Ability to maintain accurate account and revenue data for planning purposes
