A company is looking for a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement training curriculum within time and budget constraints

Create and distribute training materials and resources to enhance sales team proficiency

Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct follow-up sessions to improve sales performance

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Inside Sales experience

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role

Experience in designing training programs and content creation in a sales environment

Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or a related field strongly preferred

Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
