Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care team in Crescent City, CA . The Physician will assess, diagnose, and manage patients across the lifespan while providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This position offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive family medicine in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams.

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests.

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with standards of care.

Educate patients on preventive health measures and disease management.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, provider meetings, and peer reviews.

Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) and allied health personnel.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.

Provide after-hours call coverage on a rotating schedule.

Mentor students, residents, or clinical staff when requested.

Qualifications
