The Opportunity :

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to help us scale the Threat Detection and Response vertical of Grow Therapy! You'll be joining a growing Security team of four. You'll work on defining our detection roadmap and response processes, build detection infrastructure and report directly to our Head of Security and IT.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Detect, respond and defend against threats to Grow's user base
• Define and drive our Threat Detection roadmap
• Mature our Incident Response and Remediation processes
• Respond to security events, triage, perform investigations, incident analysis, and communicate clearly and efficiently to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Grow engineering teams to drive remediations
• Build and optimize detection rules
• Develop runbooks and incident playbooks for new and existing detections

This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 2-3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).

The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
