This is the PERFECT position for an Associate Director level Project Engineer with a strong background in DevSecOps Cert DevOps and creating digital technology transformations. Someone who can serve as the focal subject matter expert in all aspects of our Cert DevOps pipeline technical development but focused on the project management aspects of product maturity and our team to help bring world class engineering automation into our organization!

This is an onsite position based in Cedar Rapids Iowa.

What You Will Do :

• You will be the focal for all project related funding and plans.
• You will coordinate with external parties to align on roadmaps and plans.
• You will optimize existing roadmap plans.
• You will establish a strong business plan associated with the ACDE product and adoption benefits.
• You will prepare and present executive presentations describing current state and future state of the project.
• You will coach mentor and train junior members of the team.
• You will work across teams departments and directorates to establish optimal adoption roadmaps.
• You will be expected to be a self-starter able to multitask and manage unplanned events.
• You will use your organizational skills to keep track of everything.
• You will use your effective communication skills to keep engineering peers leadership and customers up to date.
• You will use your problem solving decision making and teamwork skills to support the team mission.

The salary range for this role is 147000 USD - 295000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
