New York Licensed Medical Claims Supervisor

A company is looking for a Medical Claims Supervisor, Ops (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and employee workflow within the department

Train, mentor, and oversee staff performance, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Develop and implement workflow changes to enhance service and production efficiency

Required Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma with three years of related experience in healthcare or managed care

At least two years of experience in a leadership role

State licensure certification may be required within six months of hire

Knowledge of claims processing and provider billing practices

Familiarity with medical coding systems and data resources preferred
