Primary Care Physician 100% Outpatient | No Call | Thornton, CO
Practice medicine the way it should bepatient-focused, team-supported, and mission-driven.
Join a well-established clinic in beautiful Thornton, Colorado, that specializes in whole-person, senior-centered care. Youll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care without the pressure of high patient volume or after-hours call.
Position Highlights :
100% Outpatient No Call Required
Value-Based Care Model with a panel of Medicare Advantage seniors
Low Daily Patient Volume : 1218 patients per day
Strong Care Coordination Support from experienced clinical and administrative staff
Competitive Compensation :
Base salary starting at $250K+
Incentive bonus structure
ASAP Start Date
Requirements :
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain)
Experience with Medicare Advantage or value-based care preferred
