On-call Caregivers

HomeWell Care Services , a reputable non-medical in-home care company based in Beverly Farms, MA, is actively seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our dedicated team. Our mission is to enhance seniors' lives, one day at a time, by providing personalized and non-medical services that enable them to age in place in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities :

As an on-call caregiver at HomeWell Care Services, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and assistance to our clients on an as-needed basis. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients while promoting their independence and well-being.

Shifts Available :

8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM and 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM (8 hour shift)

8 AM - 8 PM (12 hour shift)

8 PM - 12 AM (4 hour shift)

Benefits : Weekly base rate

Shift differentials for each shift worked

Pay rate :

You will be paid $50 per 8-hour shift to be available to cover shifts on a last-minute basis, plus an additional $25 / hr for any on-call shifts you cover.
