Descripción del trabajoHigh school Diploma. Understanding of commercial insurance coverages and quoting. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to explain complex insurance products clearly to both potential and existing clients. A thorough understanding of various types of insurance, industry regulations, and market trends is also necessary. Experience in marketing and sales. Experience with Adobe Pro, PowerPoint, Word and Excel to create and customize proposals. Entry level Full-time Marketing and Sales

What You Will Do
- Collaborates with sales teams and supports agents and brokers to ensure the sales pipeline remains active and productive. Continually monitors marketplace for coverage changes, carrier rules, and guidelines, and understands placement of business with each carrier. Assesses the features and benefits of different insurance packages, evaluates client risk and coverage needs, and customizes insurance programs to meet specific client requirements. Assists producers and agents in promoting and selling insurance products by building relationships, creating tailored offers, and maintaining client records. Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
