Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Join Our Team

Location : Star Regional Health & Rehab Etowah Campus

886 Highway 411 N, Etowah, TN 37331

Schedule :

  • Full-Time Day Shift
  • Schedule : 3x12, rotating weekends

Unit Information :

  • Average Census : 60 patients daily
  • Nurse to Patient Ratios : CNA 1 : 10 (days) | CNA 1 : 20 (nights)
  • Bed Count : 88
  • Acuity : High
  • Average Length of Stay : 15 days
  • Support Staff : Primarily CNAs
  • Orientation : 710 shifts with preceptor support

    As a CNA, you'll provide essential patient care in a supportive environment while gaining experience in a high-acuity rehab setting.

    How You'll Contribute

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (feeding, grooming, bathing, mobility, toileting)
  • Provide support for patient monitoring and documentation
  • Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver safe and effective care
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment
  • Complete training and orientation with preceptor guidance (710 shifts)

    • What We're Looking For

  • Certified Nursing Assistant, Tennessee license required
  • American Heart Association BLS required
  • Experience : New grads welcome; no prior long-term care or EMR experience required
  • Qualities : Compassion, teamwork, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset
