StretchLab is looking for a Studio Manager who wants clear expectations, strong leadership support, and real performance upside — not a sit-back retail job.

  • Studio Manager (General Manager) 📍 Connecticut locations 💰 Base: $52,000–$55,000 + strong monthly bonus opportunity 🕒 Full-time Top performers regularly exceed $70K+. 🌟 What Makes This Role Different This is a hands-on leadership role where you run the studio like your own business.

You’ll have:

  • ✅ Clear weekly performance goals ✅ Direct leadership coaching ✅ Proven systems for growing membership ✅ Structured accountability designed to help strong leaders succeed If you like measurable targets and real feedback (instead of guessing what leadership wants), you’ll thrive here. 🔹 What You’ll Own Lead the Studio Business Drive membership sales and retention Manage daily operations and staffing Execute local marketing and outreach Build a Strong Team Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists Set expectations and track performance Develop future leaders Run the Numbers Monitor KPIs and revenue goals Identify issues early and act quickly Keep the studio on track week-to-week ✅ What We’re Looking For ✔ Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership business ✔ Comfortable being accountable for measurable goals ✔ Strong organization and follow-through ✔ Confident leading conversations and coaching staff ✔ High-ownership mindset 🚫 This Role Is NOT Ideal For Someone Who Wants Minimal performance tracking A purely administrative manager role A slow corporate environment 💰 Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $52K–$55K Monthly performance bonuses Commission on new memberships and packages Health insurance option 401(k) with company match Paid time off Complimentary StretchLab membership Professional development stipend 🌿 About StretchLab StretchLab is the nation’s leader in assisted stretching with 450+ locations nationwide.
