Total Compensation : $23–$26 / hour

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident-first attitude

Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting

Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule

Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems

Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns

What You Bring to the Team

A minimum of 1 year of recent hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades

Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure)

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)

You live within 10 miles of Park at Fitzsimons Apartments. The nearest major cross streets are Peoria and Colfax.

A team-player mindset and a desire to grow your skills and career

Pre-employment drug screening may be required.

Fluency in English required; Spanish-speaking is a plus. Ready to Apply?
