    • Job Summary

    We are seeking a refined and experienced Bartender to join our elite team. This is not a casual or nightlife-oriented bar it is a high-end, formal establishment catering to discerning guests who expect exceptional service and precision in every detail.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fine dining, luxury, or upscale cocktail environment, with strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and presentation standards. Professionalism, composure, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.

    As a Bartender in this venue, you will be responsible for creating elegant and consistent cocktails, maintaining a pristine bar environment, and delivering polished, professional service that reflects the sophistication of the brand.

    Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation.
  • Deliver a refined and courteous guest experienceprofessional at all times, without casual or personal interaction.
  • Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and adhere to all state, federal, and company alcohol service laws.
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies in coordination with management.
  • Support the bar team and management in upholding service standards and uniform compliance.
  • Perform all opening, closing, and side-work duties as directed, ensuring readiness for each service period.

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-class, upscale, or fine-dining establishment.
  • Proven background in mixology, cocktail creation, and presentation techniques.
  • Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Exceptional professionalism, grooming, and adherence to uniform standards.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail recipes with an emphasis on balance and quality.
  • Ability to remain composed and polished under pressure in a fast-paced, formal setting.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
  • TIPS Certification and ServSafe Certification ( Preferred) .
