Key Responsibilities

Partnering with client leadership teams to execute recruiting strategies for high-level SaaS and tech roles

Building and optimizing the infrastructure of a new fractional recruiting division

Leading client-facing recruiting projects from job intake to closing

Required Qualifications

8+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in the SaaS and tech industries

Proven track record of building and leading recruiting teams

Experience in managing and mentoring recruiting staff

Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms

Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
