We are currently recruiting a full-time Occupational Therapist to join Huppert Pediatric Therapy’s Home-Based Early Intervention Program. The Occupational Therapy position is with our Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) team in East Pinal, Southern Gila, & Southeast Maricopa . This includes zip code :  85142, 85144 in Queen Creek, AZ.

Services are provided in the natural environment to infants and toddlers with developmental delays within the family’s daily routines. The Early Intervention model means working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide screening, assessments, planning, and ongoing therapy services in collaboration with the family, medical providers, and other community programs. This is an independent contract position.

Huppert Pediatric Therapy has been serving the valley for over 20 years and many of our providers have been with us since the beginning. Huppert Pediatric Therapy is a leader in Arizona's early intervention services, holding the AzEIP contract through Arizona Cooperative Therapies since 2013. Huppert Pediatric Therapy also has a 3+ contract through the Division of Developmental Disabilities and opportunities there can also be discussed.

Qualifications :

Licensed Occupational Therapist

Previous Early Intervention experience is preferred, but not required

Current State License

Fingerprint clearance card and successful background check

Current CPR Certification
