Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary : $105,000 – $135,000 (commensurate with experience and region)
• Incentive Bonus : $15,000 – $25,000 annually based on quality outcomes
• Physician Partnership Track available
• 6 Weeks of Paid Time Off (inclusive of vacation, holidays, and CME)
• Annual CME Allowance : $5,000
