Join a leading Level 1 Trauma Center in Palm Springs, CA as a Urologist locum tenens. We are looking for a dedicated professional to handle a variety of procedural needs in a fast-paced environment. Experience with robotic surgery is a plus, and candidates must be comfortable with emergency room call.

Schedule : Varied shifts, with the ability to cover stretches of 7 days or more

Job Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive urological care in a Level 1 Trauma Center

Manage a range of procedures including laparoscopic surgeries, robotic surgeries, and more

Handle emergency room calls and manage urology emergencies

Perform advanced endoscopic techniques and other specialized urology procedures

Qualifications - Board Certified in Urology

Valid California medical license

PALS certification required

Preferred proficiency in robotic surgery and advanced procedures

Working Hours - Varied shifts, with ability to cover stretches of 7 days or more

Skills - Expertise in general urology and advanced procedural skills such as nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and renal transplant surgery

Proficient in laparoscopic and robotic surgeries

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
