Role : Founding Full Stack Software Engineer

Location : On-site, Los Angeles, CA (Santa Monica)

Compensation : $160k-$220k + 0.2-0.4% equity

Work Policy : Full-time, fully on-site, long-hour YC-style culture; relocation support available (no visa sponsorship)

A stealth-mode cybersecurity + AI startup backed by top accelerators, building autonomous AI agents that discover, exploit, and patch vulnerabilities in web applications at scale. These agents leverage principles of human penetration testers, enabling enterprises to keep pace with the rapid increase in AI-generated code. Small, focused founding team with backgrounds in AI and security.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable full-stack systems with emphasis on backend performance.
• Design and build APIs in Python to power AI agent frameworks.
• Create backend services using RESTful APIs / GraphQL, with PostgreSQL as the primary database.
• Contribute to AI-driven cybersecurity agent systems.
• Optimize backend systems (Docker, Kubernetes, distributed architecture).
• Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional team in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
