Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist to join the Physical Therapy team . What sets Millennium Physician Group apart from other Physical Therapy companies is that we are a Value Based Program. Millennium is incentivized to offer more effective care without overly strenuous billing and scheduling practices for revenue purposes. Our Physical Therapist led team focuses on the patient and their recovery and is highly valued and trusted by our leadership and physicians. We also have the unique position of being able to improve overall care for our patients beyond the PT realm, by collaborating with our primary care team to improve the overall health, wellness, and management of Millennium patients. Our goal is to focus on the patients and their treatment plans, to provide the resources the patient needs to continue their healing. As a Physical Therapist with Millennium Physician Group, you will see an average of 10 patients per day, approximately every 45 minutes. Appointments are one-on-one, don't utilize techs / aides, and maintain a low ratio of PTAs to PTs. This allows you the time you need to truly assist the patient and provides you a pace that promotes a focus on the things that make this profession fulfilling.

Qualified candidates are required to hold a Physical Therapy license with the Florida Department of Health. New grads are welcome!
