Warehouse Picker (Temp-to-Hire)

Location : Carlstadt, NJ

Pay Rate : $19.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (some flexibility available)

Overview :

Adecco is hiring for a Warehouse Picker on behalf of a well-established local client in the Carlstadt, NJ area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual looking to grow within a stable and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately pick and process small items using a manual pick ticket system
• Handle a high volume of items daily (5001,000 items)
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Work efficiently while upholding quality control standards
• Stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the majority of your shift
• Read and understand pick tickets and basic English instructions
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
