As a Clinical Navigator, you are the face of our hospital. This role requires one of the following active licenses : RN, PT, OT, SLP, RT

Responsibilities

This role requires one of the following :

Active RN, OT, PT, SLP, or RT Licensure

Qualifications

Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university preferred.

Must have a minimum of two years' experience in the designated field of license, preferably with rehabilitation / LTACH and marketing experience.
