Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain features in core systems within our platform
• Build a scalable, fault-tolerant system for synchronizing millions of data records into various systems
• Develop an intelligent system for matching activity (social media, emails, calls, text messages) using complex business rules and machine learning
• Contribute to core infrastructure, including user management, authentication, and authorization
• Build monitoring and alerting tools to prevent downtime; participate in weekly on-call rotations to resolve infrastructure issues
• Become a product expert and customer champion
