HR Consultant - Public Sector

What You'll Bring :

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the public sector (e.g., federal, state, local government, public agencies, or special districts)
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications such as IPMA-CP, IPMA-CS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CCP.
• Strong understanding of public sector Human Resources principles, practices, laws and regulations.
• Skilled in employee relations, performance management, and fostering positive workplace culture in a government organization.
• Strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning experience.
• Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and job classification.
• Experience in organizational strategy and change management desired.
