Descripción del trabajoGreet members and guests with confidence and warmth Present and close membership and retail sales Recommend grooming, skincare, and fragrance products Partner with barbers to deliver a seamless luxury experience 1+ year of professional sales success (real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or software) Comfortable engaging affluent clients and closing sales Polished, professional, dependable, and goal-oriented Team-focused and available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) $18+ / hr base plus $1K$2K avg. monthly commissions Health insurance reimbursement 401(k) with match Paid time off (vacation, community service, and mental health days) Tuition assistance and paid training Parental, dental, vision, and disability coverage Long-term team members (5+ yrs) earn 100% paid health insurance, 17 days paid vacation, and enhanced 401(k) match.

The Gents Place Southlake, TX
Are you a confident, professional closer who loves luxury sales? At The Gents Place , youll help successful men elevate their image while selling premium memberships and world-class products.
This is not a receptionist job you wont answer phones. Our call center handles calls so you can focus entirely on sales, service, and relationships. Youll present memberships ($525$8,000 / yr) and luxury retail including Creed fragrances ($500+) and fine mens grooming goods.
