Full-Time LPN - Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM)

Sign-On Bonus : $2000

What You'll Do :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. You will provide essential nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the execution of individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide wound care and perform other nursing interventions as necessary.
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
