A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to customers and support team members.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
Assist customers with inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and treatment authorizations while documenting information
Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume environment
Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and mandatory overtime
