Clinic Facilitator - Bowyer Oncology & Treatment Center

Description

In this role you will function as an essential member of the patient care team for the Bowyer Clinic and Treatment Area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Completing a variety of administrative activities for the patients, families and Providers

Scheduling Clinic appointments, chemotherapy sessions, and related ancillary tests

Working directly with patients, families and Providers to provide information and the completed documentation necessary to assure quality care

Salary Range : $30.36-$43.49 / hourly

Qualifications

Required :

Previous experience working in a medical setting

Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Experience in the use of computers, and Word, Excel programs

Excellent customer service skills, both in person and via telephone

Ability to work and prioritize in a fast paced medical environment

Excellent communication skills

Preferred :

2+ years of authorization / referral experience
