Key Responsibilities :

• Review project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Analyze labor, materials, and time requirements for each project
• Obtain and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to clarify project needs
• Prepare and present detailed written estimates and proposals
• Update estimates as project scope or conditions change
