We create custom outdoor living environments that combine inspired design with functionality—hardscapes, planting, lighting, water and fire features, and seasonal maintenance—all executed with precision and care. Now, as one of our most experienced team members prepares to retire, we're looking for the next talented Landscape Architect / Sales Leader to help guide clients and lead projects that continue this legacy.

Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of your designs from concept through completion, while building lasting client relationships. As our Landscape Architect / Sales Leader, you'll play a vital role in both design development and project sales, collaborating with our in-house teams and trusted subcontractors to bring each vision to life.

You'll work closely with homeowners who are investing in their outdoor spaces—listening, designing, and guiding them through each step of the process.

What You'll Do

Client Engagement & Sales

• Respond to inbound project inquiries and conduct initial phone screenings
• Meet with clients onsite to understand goals, evaluate site conditions, and begin shaping the vision
• Present proposals with clarity, professionalism, and creative insight
• Build and maintain relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Generate new leads through organic networking and visibility in the community
