Level 1 Trauma Center 16 bed Trauma Intensive Care Unit.

Job Requirements

Must be AHA certified for BLS and ACLS.

Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.

Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment.

Completed Ascension Specialty Exam prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter.

Completed Ascension Color Vision prior to start and updated every 3 years.

Completed Ascension Core Competencies within a year of start and updated yearly.

Completed Ascension EKG Exam prior to start with a passing score of at least 80%.

Completed Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation prior to start.

Completed Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding prior to start.

Completed Ascension Nova StatStrip prior to start.

Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer prior to start.

Fit Test required prior to start.

Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination to vaccine prior to start.

1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start.

Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or serological evidence of immunity prior to start.

Tdap vaccination required prior to start.

Ascension Criminal Background Check Results required prior to start.

Ascension EPLS required prior to start.

Clinical Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty.

Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days prior to start.
