Business Systems Analyst - ERP Transformation (S / 4HANA)

Boston Scientific is driving a global technology transformation modernizing our ERP from SAP ECC to S / 4HANA. As a Business Systems Analyst you will enhance business operations, streamline data systems, and shape the future of how we work.

Responsibilities :

• Provide on?site business process support across functions for new and existing systems (SAP, Business Information Warehouse).
• Lead projects for local system implementations and enhancements.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve operational efficiency in the manufacturing environment.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to establish effective, efficient business practices.
• Optimize business processes by identifying integration opportunities and automating key manual activities.
• Deliver effective user training and support to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and support end users (reporting, training, transaction analysis).
• Collaborate on cross?functional and cross?site teams to articulate site requirements, coordinate testing / simulations, and document results.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and best practices in a regulated environment.
• Drive projects from proposal through final implementation.

Hybrid work model : This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in the local office at least three days per week.

Compensation : Minimum Salary : $72,800 Maximum Salary : $138,300.
