A company is looking for a Patient Resolution Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient account inquiries and secure payments
Negotiate and collect outstanding patient accounts while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
Document collection efforts accurately and meet monthly goals and quality standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 5 years' experience in a related role, with 1 year in an inbound / outbound call center environment
Strong working knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement process
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
High level of integrity and dependability with a results-oriented mindset
