About the Position :

We are currently hiring a dedicated RN / LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 18-year-old male child in the Whitney area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include :

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child

G-tube care & feedings

Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Schedule :

During school days : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Monday–Friday)

During school breaks & Weekends : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Qualifications :

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Pediatric & G-tube experience

CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered

Reliable transportation
