Department Overview

The Yield Team drives continuous improvement and process predictability through data-driven analysis.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets related to manufacturing processes, quality control, and production yield. Develop and apply statistical models to identify trends, root causes of yield loss and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate data driven insights into actionable recommendations that lead to measurable yield increases and cost reductions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and automated reports using tools like PowerBI or internal systems to track KPIs related to yield throughput and efficiency

Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this position is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
