California Licensed Family Law Attorney

A company is looking for a Contract Family Law Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Draft and finalize legal documents related to family law matters, primarily child custody modifications

Review and respond to filings from opposing counsel and negotiate out-of-court settlements

Represent clients in court as necessary

Required Qualifications

Licensed attorney in California

Experience in family law, specifically child custody disputes

Collaborative and resolution-focused approach

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Familiarity with Clio Suite and Microsoft Office (training provided as needed)
