Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive culture.
• Develop and implement systems that promote organization, consistency, and efficiency across all kitchen operations.
• Prioritize employee training and professional development to strengthen skills and ensure consistent execution.
• Maintain strict cost controls while balancing quality and profitability.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier relations to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure the kitchen maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health codes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in an upscale casual or high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of improving employee morale and retention.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and committed to operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs.
• Excellent communication and training skills with a focus on developing team talent.
