Dispute Research Analyst

A company is looking for a Dispute Research Analyst to resolve complex customer invoice disputes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, organize, and analyze data related to customer invoice disputes

Research and analyze pricing and contract data while partnering with key stakeholders

Develop an understanding of contract components, including sales and service data

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of professional experience, including Contract to Cash, Purchase Orders, and Accounts Payable

Experience with SAP is required

Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and Google Suite

This is a 1-year contract role with a hybrid working model
